We’re incredibly proud of Wendy Tolley, Funeral Arranger at Roy Quinton Funeral Directors in Walsall, who recently took part in Race for Life in support of Cancer Research UK — a cause that is especially close to her heart.
With the reality that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime, Wendy felt strongly about doing something meaningful to help fund lifesaving research. And thanks to her determination — and the amazing support of her family, friends, colleagues, and community — Wendy’s team raised a fantastic £860.00, plus £140.00 in Gift Aid, bringing the total to £1,000.00!
Every single pound raised helps Cancer Research UK continue its groundbreaking work in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment — and Wendy’s incredible efforts are part of that impact.
