I have never arranged a funeral before didnt know where to start wendy was so helpful and made the whole thing easier for me and my brother the staff were excellent, kind and caring they kept in touch the whole time right till the day of my mom's funeral i cant thank them enough for what they did five *

All those mum and I encountered were understanding, compassionate and caring. An amazing team all through. The preperations for dads funeral were well excecuted and the day went smoothly and was a peaceful and personal service to send dad on his way to the angels. Couldnt have asked for better support from all those encountered at Roy Quintons. So compassionate and caring although a sad time for us it was memorable because of the service you provided. What can we say.. apart from how amazing an caring you all are. We can't thank you enough for the care you all gave for are beloved dad/grandad Tony.. he was in your care for 4 weeks and you all made our final goodbye a blessing. The service we received from the initial phone call, through all the services to the final car journey to the wake were exceptional.

As it was the first time that I have ever had to deal with arranging a funeral, I needed careful and thoughtful guidance through the initial organisation which was handled with deft care, advice, compassion and attention to detail by Vicky Goodall at the Leamore office.

Her experience, care and patience, especially with my changes to the order of service, were so gratefully received.

Information in preparation for the day of the ceremony was clear and concise - relieving any potential stress points, further aided by a brief meeting with Scott who was the funeral director on the day.

The day of the cremation I could not have imagined going any more smoothly. Cars perfect and on time. Staff were smart, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was delivered with care and consideration. Scott led his team with calm and grace and aided our party with gentle instruction. It was obvious that we were being helped through the day by a strong, experienced company of staff.

I would not hesitate to recommend or use Roy Quinton Funeral Directors in future.

Absolutely brilliant service from the lovely staff. Especially Wendy, vicky and Scott. I don't know the names of the other staff. But everyone involved in my mom's funeral. We also used you for my dads funeral in 2020 at the beginning of covid, so dad was involved yesterday with mom. Nothing was to much for them to make my wishes possible. I can't thank you all enough, you made an unbearable day run very smoothly I couldn't have asked for anything better.
