Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, communicative and just extremely supportive at the hardest time of my life. Nothing was too much, no amount of questions were too many, and we were able to give my Dad the send off he deserved.

We lost our mom and chose roy quintons as they were close to us and to be honest we didnt know what we were supposed to be doing. From the get go Sarah explained the process as we went along, never bombarding us. The support didnt stop there, we were supported during the whole process even the day after we recieved a check in call to make sure we was all OK.
No problem was too big or too small for Sarah.. a truly amazing and wonderful lady who treated us like her own family not just another sale . On the day the staff who were present were professional yet friendly, kind and considerate, never rushing, just alowing us to take the lead. thank you from all the Hoosons x

Dianne and Mia helped me with making mom’s funeral perfect, and I just cannot thank them enough. They had time to listen to my stories about mom and really showed compassion and care. They were genuinely interested in my mom as a person. They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had, and help me make the perfect choice. It is clear Dianne has had many years experience in dealing with bereaved families. I had taken out a funeral plan at Roy Quinton and it really helped with finances when the time came. Once again a big thank you to Dianne and Mia you were amazing.
